coverage for both setup/implementation (one-time only), and infrastructure
maintenance (first year of operations only). Effective the first
day of the second year of operations, additional fees for infrastructure
maintenance may apply by third-party service providers. Any request
for customization beyond what is provided by generic deliverables
as part of any given promotional package will not be covered by
these amounts, and will imply the collection of additional service
